"Prevention is Better than Healing"

Being a Registered Massage Therapist, Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner & Acupuncturist I strive to help my patients prevent injuries, illnesses or conditions. Prevention helps us maintain a balance within our body. My overall goal is to help patients preserve their Health & Wellness to live and enjoy a long pain free life.

About Me:
Hi my name is Jayde Kaneko. I've been practicing massage therapy since 2019 and newly licensed as an acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medical practitioner. I pride myself in being a holistic healthcare provider to the best of my abilities. I initially became interested in health & wellness when I suffered an ACL injury to my knee due to being an athlete. It required surgery at the age of 16. I spent 6 months completing fairly intensive rehabilitation and educating myself on the importance of self care. I continue to educate myself to help support and guide patients. I strive to combine eastern and western medicine to establish a well rounded individualized treatment protocol for each patient and the longevity of their health. I believe it is the best combination of medicine that allows me to care for my patients. I believe healthcare is a lifelong journey and I hope my continued effort to educate myself allows me to support and guide those in need.

Why Chose Me:
Multi-educated: I am educated in two completely different forms of medicine which gives me a diverse perspective on treating many conditions.

Evidence Informed Practice: When I encounter a condition I am unfamiliar with I will research the subject and use evidence informed practice moving forward to develop the most appropriate treatment plan.

Educating My Patients: I am a strong believer in incorporating active lifestyle changes in my patients rehabilitation. Providing and demonstrating exercises individualized to each patients needs allowing them to take control of their healthcare management.

My main priority is patient-centered care. The goal is to support my patients in relieving their pain and encourage them to take control of their health.
